The 6-Month Journey
A structured roadmap to maximize your leadership potential and social impact.
Month 1: Orientation & Training
Rigorous onboarding, capacity building workshops, and alignment with YUVA's core mission. You'll be assigned mentors and focus areas.
Month 2-3: Field Execution
On-ground implementation of projects. Work closely with local communities, administration, and YUVA volunteers to execute targeted campaigns.
Month 4: Mid-Term Review
Present your impact metrics, receive critical feedback from national coordinators, and pivot strategies for scaling your project.
Month 5-6: Scaling & Graduation
Finalize reports, document case studies, and transition leadership. Graduate as a certified YUVA Fellow with lifelong alumni privileges.
