Introduction & Vision

Niti Manthan is a vertical of Youth United for Vision and Action (YUVA) to provide a platform to the law students for holistic understanding of law and society. Niti Manthan has various programs which are rooted in developmental needs of learner of law. The vertical of YUVA, established in September 2018 consists of team of students, researchers and legal professionals from the field of Law.

Vision: Niti Manthan envisions a legal landscape in India characterized by profound Indianization, where legal professionals are not only well-versed in global legal principles but are deeply rooted in the cultural, ethical, and constitutional values of the nation.

Objectives

  • Connect specialized law campus students with YUVA, fostering a sense of national responsibility;
  • Cultivate constructive legal research skills to create patriotic individuals in the legal fraternity;
  • Nurture qualitative skills among law professionals, placing the nation and its roots at the forefront of their careeristic ventures.

Working Model

Niti Manthan conducts regular policy analysis and legal workshops. It collaborates with academic institutions, governmental bodies, and non-profits to create legal reform projects and initiatives. Monthly policy discussions and legal moot court competitions keep the engagement high.
